At Otto Plants, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, fresh, and safely packaged. Please review our delivery guidelines below.
π¦ Where We Deliver
- Australia-wide shipping is available for:
- Plants up to 4-inch pots
- Seeds, garden tools, and accessories
- Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot ship live plants to Tasmania, Northern Territory, or Western Australia due to strict border customs and biosecurity regulations.
- Larger plants (over 4-inch pots) are delivered only within metro zones up to 60 km from Thomastown, Melbourne, VIC.
- If you are located just outside this zone, please contact us β weβll do our best to arrange delivery to your door.
π Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are usually processed within 2β3 business days.
- Youβll receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed, followed by tracking details when your order is dispatched.
- During peak seasons (spring, Christmas, or major sales), processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

- Melbourne Metro: 1β3 business days after dispatch
- Regional VIC & Interstate: 3β7 business days after dispatch
- Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier services available in your location

- All plant orders are sent via Express Post or express courier services to minimize transit time and protect plant health.
- We use eco-friendly packaging and protective wraps to keep your plants secure and fresh during transit.
- In very hot or cold weather, dispatch may be delayed by 1β2 days to reduce plant stress and ensure safe arrival.

- Express Shipping is FREE on all orders over $299, or $34.99 for orders under $299
π Important Notes
- We recommend someone is available to receive your order, plants should not be left in the sun or heat for long periods.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist quickly.
