1. Where are you located?

We are proudly based in Thomastown, VIC. All orders are processed and shipped from here, and we work closely with some of Victoria’s best growers.

2. Do you deliver Australia-wide?

We ship plants up to 4-inch pots, as well as seeds, garden tools, and accessories, Australia-wide (excluding Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia due to strict border customs). Larger plants over 4-inch pots are delivered within metro zones up to 60 km from Thomastown, Melbourne, VIC. If you’re just outside this range, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery to your door.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Melbourne Metro: 1–3 days after dispatch
  • Regional VIC & interstate: 3–7 business days
    You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • Due to plants being delicate, all orders will be shipped Express.

4. Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately no, but not a problem we deliver right to your door and save you the trip.

5. Are your plants safe for pets?

Not all plants are safe for pets. We always recommend double-checking before purchasing if you have rabbits, cats, dogs, or other animals. Our product descriptions highlight whether a plant is considered pet-safe where possible.

6. What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We take the utmost care when packing your order, but if a plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We work directly with local farmers and growers, so we can supply larger or wholesale orders for local landscapers, retailers, and bulk buyers. Contact us for wholesale enquiries.

8. How do you keep your plants so affordable?

By working closely with growers across Victoria and selling directly online, we cut out the middleman. That means you get fresh, healthy plants at wholesale-level prices.

9. Do you offer plant care advice?

Absolutely! We’re more than just a store, we’re plant people. You can reach out anytime by phone, email, or message, and we’ll guide you with care tips tailored to your plants.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

11. Can I return or exchange my plants?

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your plant arrives unhealthy or damaged, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

12. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
